Booked an excursion...website CLEARLY stated if ship doesn't make port, 100% refund would be issued. Ship did NOT make port, and the owners excuses started almost immediately. Upto and including CHANGING her refund policy. Unlucky for her, we took a screen shot of the original. Filed a fraud claim with our bank. It took several months, but we won and got a full refund. I hope this asshole goes out of business. She scammed, or tried to scam over 800 people out of hundreds of dollars each. read more

Buyer beware ! Do not do business with this tour company. In the terms it said refundable when book and then she changed the terms of service after we had paid for the tour and now will not refund money on a tour for Greenland that we were never able to take because the cruise ship never went to Greenland. Our tours were disorganized and the itinerary not followed as in the tour description. This has not been our experience with other third party vendors. If any inconvenience they have made a refund which is not the case with this company. Highly recommend good travel insurance. read more

Myself and hundreds of others booked tours on 2 stops in Greenland on a Carnival Cruise September 2, 2023. Carnival did not port in Greenland because of hurricane Idalia, and Sandra O'Leary owner of Sandra's Cruise Lines refuses to give us our 100% refund as stated on her website that if the ship doesn't port the tour is 100% refundable. She has kept 10s of thousands of dollars. Buyers beware. She is not licensed, bonded or insured. Buyer beware! Recently over 800 passengers were refused a full refund for their iceberg tours when the cruise ship never made it to Greenland. Any reputable business would have turned this over to their insurance to ensure all passengers are fully and promptly refunded. That's not the case here and we aren't the first tours this has happened to. There seems to be a history and a pattern that has developed when something goes wrong so that money isn't returned and the tour operator keeps our money. Do not pay via Zelle or PayPal friends & family if you are stupid enough to book with this company. Make sure you only use a credit card in case you need to file a chargeback. Make sure you have the refund policy in writing via email, screenshot all information and keep all documentation. Also make sure you have proof that she is bonded, licensed and insured.
