She immediately helped us without even seeing us or the dog, answered all our questions attentively and with a lot of care, checked medical things for us and was very friendly. Yesterday we met her for the first time, and not only she is one of the nicest veterinarians we have ever met, our dog is also inlove with her and her staff !
