I had spondylolisthesis in my 5th lumbar vertebrae about a year ago, but wasn't diagnosed until I had my first evaluation and x-rays completed by Dr. Jared S. He also told me that my spine was slightly crooked and that my hips were out of alignment. I was soon going to his office for weekly appointments so he could gently reposition the troublesome vertebrae, straighten out my spine, and re-allign my hips all at once. Each appointment only took me a total of 30 minutes at the most between walking through the door and exiting. After only a few weeks of treatment my lower back pain was nearly gone, and after a few more months of appointments my pain was gone. It surprised me how friendly Dr. Jared and his staff are. They try to get to know me beyond the appointments. My schedule was always changing with my call-basis job, and they were perfectly willing to try to find times that would work best for me and I rarely ran into problems with rescheduling. Yes, my treatment was a simple one and wasn't too difficult to reschedule, but despite this they made sure to understand my situation and work out a solution. All in all I have had a very enjoyable experience with them, and I plan to visit them again in the future. Very friendly and helpful!

The level…read moreof disorganization, incorrect interpretation of test results (was told that I had Lupus which wasn't accurate after my new dermatologist reviewed the same test results), lack of communication, and overall, toward patient concerns was unacceptable. No privacy at patient check-in's as you could hear everything while sitting in waiting room. Appointments were rushed by Maouad, questions were brushed off, and follow-up care was practically nonexistent. For a place that markets itself as patient-focused, the reality was the exact opposite. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and no closer to resolving the issue I came in for. Finally left this place and found probably one of best dermatologist in Morgantow. Was sold (twice) their private label skin care products instead of being provided with the prescription medications needed. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking competent or attentive dermatological care.
