Let me start out by saying I never have done hypnotherapy before. I have seen the hypnotists in…read moreshows and expected something along those lines. I was totally wrong. I came here hoping for a change in my life. Scott totally understood my feelings. He understood my fears and my struggle. He never once thought I was crazy or I was weird. He was so easy to talk to and so easy to reveal my conundrums to him after just 20 minutes! I have been having issues sleeping all my life. Recently, that problem arose significantly and started to impact my quality and quantity of sleep. I went through 1 session so far with Scott. After going through a session and sleeping that night, I can honestly wholeheartedly say it is WORKING. I slept so much better and fell asleep with ease that same night after my hypnotherapy session. I am going to continue to see Scott until I am completely content with where I am. With that being said, Scott has been able to do what no other person has been able to do for me before. Peace of mind is in my near future. If you are skeptical, please understand that I was as well. It was an amazing experience and I am looking forward to continuing my hypnotherapy sessions with Scott. Scott, I truly appreciate your help so far. Thank you!!!! Things I used to dwell on no longer affect me and it's an incredible feeling. While I've experienced other therapies, none have come close to the profound progress I've made with Brooke in just a few sessions. Brooke's compassionate, patient, and trustworthy nature created a safe space for me to open up from the very beginning. The sessions were relaxing and allowed me to access a deeper part of myself, a place where I could explore and reframe traumatic memories. Brooke created a supportive environment, guiding me through new ways of thinking and challenging my beliefs that have been holding me back. The process was gentle, yet powerful, and I left each session feeling lighter and more in control. I wholeheartedly recommend Brooke to anyone seeking positive change. I have gone to two other hypnotherapist and did not have the same five star experience as with Jennifer. She is top notch. Truly talented. I have been seeing her for almost two years - but not like every week. At your session she gives you a personalized meditation specific to your issues. And then you listen to them. Jennifer has helped me through two major life transitions: most recently the death of my father. I like that I get the personalized downloads and I can use them for awhile and I only go back for new issues. Just at note: When I first looked at yelp - I noticed with all of the 5 star reviews - there is also three at the bottom - this is a flaw in yelps software because it does not allow new Yelpers to give a stared review and it lists them under "Reviews that are Not Recommended" but they are also glowing reviews... And I am so glad to have found Jennifer.
