Professor Devin was great and my first time I showed up for what I didn't realize was an intermediate/advanced class. Everyone in the class was great. I rolled with three different people, all of whom could have smashed me if they wanted to, but they worked with my lack of training. They didn't go "easy" on me but tempered their responses. STA has a fantastic kids program. I've watched the kids rolling before my class starts and they are enthusiastic and obviously having fun. I highly recommend STA.
