My handyman told him that there was a kink in the tubing but Reginald went ahead and put it back together without straightening the KINK. So now I have a fountain that is barely DRIBBLING water and ONLY on ONE SIDE. He will not come back to fix the mess he made. He said that he would CHARGE ME AGAIN to come back to fix it.
