A truck drivers worst nightmare. Stay ready. Have food, water, and just be ready to sit here for countless hours. It' isn't worth it.

To make a long story short...I bought an $8,000 zero turn from them, while loading it in my…read moretrailer, the store employee crashed and fell off the ramp. It left a noticeable scratch and the handlebars were now very tight. They offered to use the company trailer but they had to work on the lights I'm order to let it out. After over an hour of waiting, they finally loaded the damaged unit and I drove it to my farm. Later called and asked to speak to the manager about the situation and the fact I paid a lot of money to end up with a damaged unit that wasn't my fault. That night, I got a call from the ACTUAL store manager (several others claimed to be the manager but none wanted to help me) his name was WADE. He was VERY professional kind and helpful. He drove to the nearest TSC that personally brought a similar unit to my farm and picked up the old damaged unit. THIS is how customer service should be! I hope the other employees learn from their boss. Based on HIS professionalism and kindness, I will give the store stars, but the experience itself was less than ideal, so I subtracted a rating star.

On May 12th 2023 I went to Tractor Supply in Frankston to purchase dog food. When I tried to leave…read morethe store my car would not start. It acted like a dead battery. The store manager, Don, jumped off my vehicle however, after cranking and trying to drive I realized that my alternator was bad. I spoke with Don about purchasing a battery to put on my vehicle just to get me home so that I could reach out to a mechanic on Monday. Don sold me a battery and instructed his employee Keith, to put the battery on my car for me. The battery was the wrong battery for my car and Keith put it on backwards, sending sparks flying everywhere and which has caused massive electrical problems with my car that have persisted even after the alternator was repaired. Now Tractor Supply is blaming my husband saying that he put the battery on backwards. My husband was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme, an aggressive brain cancer, in February and has been undergoing Chemo and Radiation which has left him weak and unable to do these tasks. I have two children, a sick husband, and one income. All I was asking Tractor Supply for is to help me finish fixing my car. I have paid about $1400 to get my car drivable but it still has electrical issues and my AC is not working. All I have asked Tractor Supply for is to do the right thing and help me finish fixing my car. When given the opportunity to make this situation right, Don and his employee lied. Don says he did not tell the employee to install the battery and the employee says he did not do it. Looking into it further it appears that they were going against tractor supply policy by offering to help so I assume they lied to try to keep out of trouble. The lack of integrity of the Tractor Supply employees in question is the reason why Tractor Supply will loose my business and that of my friends and family. I expect better from a company that lists its top value as Ethics "Do the "right thing" and always encourage others to do the right, honest & ethical things." I am not posting to be lectured about how people like me are the reasons no one helps anymore, I have heard that plenty in other groups. Just be ware when dealing with the local tractor supply that you can not count on them to be honest about an issue.

Within three hours, Janice Burris of C21 Gold Award called me inquiring if I could handle her corporate and individual taxes. She had prayed and asked for God to show her who to use. She indicated that God led her to McMullen Tax Service (which we own) and she called on a Sunday evening. From that moment we entered into a relationship and within four weeks of our mutually answered prayer we had a contract on our house. Isn't it amazing that God can use you as the answer to someone else's prayer? Yeah, He works like that. Janice and Stephen Burris along with their great staff are TOP NOTCH folks. Down to earth, approachable and they have YOUR best interest at heart. Not the typical realtor, they listened. Together we have laughed, cried and enjoyed the relationship. Trust me, you will too.
