The company has reached out with apologies and statements about how they have changed their procedure. So, while our experience was not positive, I hope that the changes have made them better to work with and more timely and customer focused. *** It's a real shame. The actual work is beautiful. However, it took months to get the job done. And... so many lies. We are weekenders and weren't there to keep a constant eye on them. They trashed our yard and hill and deck. They left all the debris and lied about it being removed to get their final payment. I don't think we heard an honest word from them. They take smoke breaks every five minutes and leave the butts all over. Stairs to our dock... in just four and a half months. Ha. Plus the extra money to clean up their mess. Don't do it. BTW... neighbors used them also and had exact same experience.

I recently completed a whole home remodel with Thomas Construction. I cannot say enough good things…read moreabout the experience that I had. We worked primarily with Kevin Voss and Bryant Post and both were great guys. (I did meet several of their other workers as well who were equally great). We were remodeling our house from out of town and we all know how challenging things can be at the Lake of the Ozarks. From the first day when Kevin showed up 5 minutes early with 7 or 8 contractors in tow on a Saturday morning, we pretty knew we had to go with him. He did not disappoint... every email or text was answered in a timely fashion, every detail attended to. We even came in just slightly under budget; as Kevin helped us shop around looking for the best options for our ideas (even with adding a few things).I really cannot put into words the peace of mind we had knowing the Kevin and Briant were there to over see the details when we couldn't be. I tell everyone how great Thomas Construction is and highly recommend them.

I immediately got onto Yelp and started calling dock companies, I called 4 different companies and Martin's Mobile Welding and Fabrication was the only one who answered the phone. The communication about the repair process was clear and easy to understand, he explained the cost upfront, the quality of his work was outstanding. I would highly recommend Martin's Mobile Welding to anyone in need of dock repair. Thank you again for being available on a holiday weekend and providing great service!

S & S was the only company that brought out subcontractors with him to get the most accurate quote possible. My husband and I appreciated the attention to detail when making the estimate because it gave us a better sense of what to expect. We ended up using S & S and haven't regretted the decision since. Like any remodel, we ran into hiccups along the way. Each time though, Zach made sure everything was taken care of in a cost-effective and timely fashion. I would most definitely use S & S for any future building/remodeling needs. I've seen their work since my remodel and somehow their work gets even better every time.
