There are plenty of washers and dryers, so there's never a line. Plus, if you don't have enough time to wait for your clothes to get washed, they even have a drop off service, where they charge by the pound for washing and drying. Awesome! The location is clean, well lit, and the employees are quite friendly. The prices are quite reasonable as well. All the machines are in good working order, and they even have snacks and drinks to tide you over while you wait for your clothes. These guys obviously know what they're doing, because they've been around here for quite some time. I really appreciate their attention to detail, and their long hours. I'll certainly be back!

I can't say enough good things about Action Air. They are people you want to deal with…read more The owner came to our house several times and really wanted to understand what we wanted. Then he made sure that's what was delivered. The "Job Foreman" (my words) was super nice and we were very comfortable having him and his crew in our house for several days while they completely replaced our central heat and air with mini-splits (highly recommended). He followed up several times and was quick to respond to questions after the job was done. He, too, was focused on making sure we got what we wanted. I couldn't be happier with the whole process and with the final results. These are great people.

You don't really have many options in Muskogee for storage, and u-haul seems to be the biggest. But…read moreservice is SO bad. If you go in, every transaction takes way longer than it should because they complain about a slow system. If you use them, try to book everything online. The less you have to interact with the employees, the better. Even the manager was totally not helpful when she had a new employee who didn't have a clue how to do anything. I was terrified that after paying for 2 storage units that our units would get broken into because they told us they don't even bother responding to the alarms. I read lots of bad stories on people getting stuff stolen. We luckily got everything in and out within 1 month for a move, and will never be back. We spent a small fortune after everything. I recommend going to a locally owned storage instead.
