This place is amazing! They offer a one-stop shop for all your cleaning needs. They have a coin-operated car wash, with plenty of bays, so there's never a wait! There are plenty of washers and dryers, so there's never a line. Plus, if you don't have enough time to wait for your clothes to get washed, they even have a drop off service, where they charge by the pound for washing and drying. Awesome! The location is clean, well lit, and the employees are quite friendly. The prices are quite reasonable as well. All the machines are in good working order, and they even have snacks and drinks to tide you over while you wait for your clothes. These guys obviously know what they're doing, because they've been around here for quite some time. I really appreciate their attention to detail, and their long hours. I'll certainly be back! read more

This is the first coin operated laundry business that I've seen that doesn't sell detergent. By the time I drive to the store and come back, it will be too late because they close at freakin' 9pm. Sincerely, Annoyed read more

I did my laundry for 3 months in Muskogee while working on the road. I read reviews and came to this one the first time doing my laundry; don't recommend. The owner is very nice as for his staff as well but the people at this one is what scared me away; sounds crazy but very true. I pulled up and get out to take my laundry in and an older man came up to me and I asked if he needed something, he didn't say anything. I then started to put my laundry back in the car to leave because I was not going to put myself in a position where something could happen to me. I started to back up my car and this same older man (45 or so of age)still standing in front of my windshield started yelling at me asking where I was going. I did not feel comfortable doing my laundry here because they had many homeless people and many obvious drug users loitering around the building. -- I read many other views of the one on York Street and went there. That place is wonderful! read more

Horrible customer service! Went in for the first time it was a Sunday around 8pm we needed to wash some blankets. The lady working there was very rude asked if we were just drying and we said no and she said " not here your f***ing not" Then my husband said to her "sorry this was our first time in here and we didn't know so you don't have to be so rude about it" she then said " I'm not being rude but I have been here all damn day and I want to go home" I don't deal with rude people well so I won't be going back will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

The weekend attendant Debi from Muskogee was rude, hostile and completely unprofessional I attempted to contact the owner when in happened in November took all the way until December when we finally spoke. He basically said it's ok because he believes in second chances. He blocked me on social media due to the exposure which is fine I don't give up easily I will continue to stand up for what's right and just as I told him on the phone if I save one person from being treated that way I feel accomplished. Absolutely no customer deserves to be treated as we were and while grieving. I've been making everyone aware as I work in customer service and we own a cleaning business as well I would never act like that nor allow anyone else to do so. i am a firm believer in treating people how you want to be treated!!!!
