Listen to his suggestions because he's honestly trying to get you to a quality end product within your budget that you'll be happy with. Once the scope of work is set, he writes a very detailed work proposal and contract that spells out exactly what materials and services he will provide - MUCH better than the average contractor and so important to avoid misunderstandings and disputes. Project pricing is reasonable in today's market. John's crews and specialty subcontractors do excellent work and John visits the job site frequently to ensure that the work is being done correctly and to make sure that you are happy, or to see if you have any questions. If you do have any questions or concerns, John addresses them immediately. In over 40 years of hiring and working with contractors of all kinds, I know the difference between bad, average, good and best.
