Sanci's Landscaping never showed up to trim my two topiaries. I contacted them on 6/2 to request the service, and they responded, "We're about three weeks out unless we get some free time to swing in and grab them for you." That was fine with me. I told them to pencil us in, and they said they'd send a quote and add us to the schedule. I provided all my information. When I didn't receive the quote, I followed up. They replied saying they'd double-check and were sure they had sent it. It has now been well over three weeks--with zero communication since. Don't say you're going to do something and then not follow through. It's unprofessional and shows poor business practices. Avoid this landscaping company. read more

Had Sanci come out to give us a quote. Agreed to have them service our lawn as the price was agreeable. The quote provided didn't include requested services such as edging. When I asked, I wasn't ever provided pricing for the edging. The yard was not completely cut and sections were completely unmowed. When I told Shawn about the section of yard not cut, he never even responded to it. The final straw was the blatant damage to my front lawn from their lawn equipment. Instead of owning that they damaged my yard while trying to cut it at lightning speed, Shawn proceeds to tell me that the mower tire width 4 foot skid mark through my lawn couldn't be caused by him while he has been the only person servicing my lawn (poorly). If that wasn't enough, they just stopped showing up to cut my yard for weeks on end. If you haven't heard enough and still plan to use this company, the joke is on you. I wouldn't trust Sanci to cut a ham sandwich in half. Edit: Beyond poor customer service, Shawn has now begun texting me harassing messages. I've had to block him. Since you want to talk about text history, I do have the texts of me telling you about not cutting parts of my lawn. This guys is unhinged to put it nicely. There was no mention to me of my truck preventing access to the yard. I've parked in the same space the whole time they provided their poor mowing services and it's never prevented access prior. This is just an excuse/lie as my wife and I both work from home, we have not seen any of Sanci's trucks or equipment in our neighborhood. Called another reputable lawn service today and mentioned the problems I'm having with them and was told they hear so many horror stories about this guy. Watch out people! read more
