The "paralegal/office manager" states my name is not on the calendar (are you kidding me, after all that nonsense to start with, I'm not happy after waiting all this time) I state that there were issues with the receptionist and that she must have been confused or something and state the issues. She "paralegal " tells me she won't see me if I will be talking badly about their staff. What! She made a mistake, clearly but own up to it, try to make it right, apologize, but nope, didn't get that. She will not schedule me, refuses to set up an appointment. Seriously! So I call back, want to leave a message for the attorney, also she refuses, tells me she's notified the organization I went through about me. I kept trying to explain but she stated her position and refused to let me speak and then hung up on me. Wow! How inappropriate and what horrible customer service. Yes the receptionist made a mistake and another appointment was a squeeze in weeks out but once I pointed out that "staff" didn't do their job, she shut me down.
