He said he thought I had a potential case but would need to speak with his boss first. Jose said he would get back with me the next day by 9am. After not hearing back from Jose after 3 business days I called and ended up leaving a voice mail for him to return my call. I wanted to know if Berenson & Assoc wished to proceed with my complaint. After still not hearing back from Jose I left another voice message a week later. I never heard back from Jose Perez. He had no problem accepting my $250 payment but failed to provide any feedback after that. Communication is imperative with any law firm. Since I never heard any feedback on whether to proceed with my complaint after my consulation with Jose, I would not recomend this law firm.

I have never been this unsatisfied with a professional business than my dealing with this firm…read more They do a lot of "Puffing" (All Talk). If they had spent as much time on my case as they spent on one of their TV commercials, we might have gotten someplace. The fact is I had to complain to the office manager even to have them file a law suit. The event happened 06/2017. Nothing was filed until 02/2018, and then it is questionable if the right parties were sued. We will never know because depositions were not taken; The property was never videotaped even after before covid to show how dangerous the parking lot was; Matt Tucker, the attorney, NEVER followed throw anything except for thing to getting me to sign a settlement that would not even cover my true medical bills. He started telling at the beginning of the case that he would not settle for under 65-70k. We settled for less than 1/2 that figure. I was put into meditation with Whitner not making proper discovery. I called the managing partner with my concerns, and he promised that we would go over the file and tell me what I should expect. He said that he would be going along to the meditation. The meeting was done over video at the Whitener Firm, and he did not even come in the room to introduce himself. I learn more about the law and the road my case was going down from the arbitrator the I ever form the attorney that was being paid to deal, with it. The sad part was the arbitrator said, "I am sure your attorney has gone over all of this with you". I was caught so far off guard with the information she presented me with that I did not know what to do. I am an accountant, and you can't read me very well, and Matt had no clue that I was pissed. If my attorney had done half of what he said he would actually do, we would have gotten someplace. He could have done a lot without it costing anything? (Fire Department had been out at that location a dozen times over a 19 month period. I know that because I did the research. Did they ask for the 911 tapes? NO). Just those tapes would have to a story. Two depositions and the questions did not get answered and, in fact, the wrong individuals were deposed. My attorney said, "Don't worry, we will file a motion in court to deposed them or whoever the correct person again, and they will have to pay for it" Puffing, It never happened. I called this firm twice asking to be assigned a different attorney, and twice I was denied my request. One was to the managing partner. What did he do for me Nothing but PUFFING PUFFING! I couldn't be happier with Attorney Les Sandoval. My experience with him has revealed him to be…read morevery ethical, upstanding and moral. I am so relieved that I didn't judge him by someone else's review. He has proven himself to be very knowledgeable and humble, both to me, and especially with the Judge. He is a rarity in his own class! He helped to bring a calm during my worst storm. He is an ASSET to our Community and here's why: Attorney Les Sandoval has displayed the meaning of integrity while advocating for my case throughout my very hostile contested divorce against a Liar who thinks he is above the Law. He has been to every hearing that I had, and has never jeopardized or neglected my case. Les Sandoval was up against my Ex's female Attorney who was cunning, sneaky, ultra combative, concealing, and proficient at twisting truth until it was unrecognizable. Even so, we prevailed against all manner of foul play by the opposing parties due to Mr. Sandoval's cool mannerisms, keen discernment of truth, and long term strategies. Les Sandoval does not strut around like a Bad Ass Know It All. He is not cocky or arrogant. He does not verbally abuse the opposition to make his points...he does not twist truth...he allows the opposing party enough rope and lumber to build their own Gallows. He does not file Motion after Motion to pad his wallet or make himself look better or intimidating. If you have been told that you need an aggressive "Pit Bull Lawyer" to win, think again. What does that really mean? Being a liar, insulting and aggressive in Court does nothing except to piss off a Judge. Just ask my Ex and his Attorney. A Judge can easily discern when an Attorney's pompous bravado is being employed in place of truth and facts All you need is a Classy Attorney that knows what a Judge is looking for...documented facts and the unvarnished truth. Attorney Les Sandoval has been very gracious and patient with my hundreds of questions, fears, and constant texts and emails. He has explained and answered all of my questions nevertheless. He did not sugar coat things nor imply to me that I was going to get my way on everything. He never caused additional conflict between either side in order to fatten his wallet. He is a Realist. If I didn't get something that I wanted, he explained why an issue was ruled the way it was by the Judge to help me understand. He helped me to keep my eyes on the much bigger and more important goals rather than the petty ones. Attorney Les Sandoval's goal is to give you your best long term outcome. If I had to describe his performance in a few words, it would be "classy and tactical". He knows when it is time to push...or when to stand down and wait for a better shot. He is wise as a serpent and gentle as a dove. He is a Christian Attorney that is rare of it's own merit. Attorney Les Sandoval will advise you to follow the Law that has been set forth by the Judge even if you don't like it...thereby saving you additional Court appearances and increasing Legal Fees. He will advise you how to behave in Court, making the opposition look like an embarrassment to the profession. Would I hire Les Sandoval if I had to do it all over again? Absolutely! I need not look any further!
