If you are…read moreconsidering this practice because you have heard great things about Dr Fink, know that more likely that not, you will never see him. My review on his practice: STILLBIRTH DELIVERY on 1.1.15 Longest and most heartfelt review I will write on yelp: From day 1, I never waned to see Dr Tumero, as a close friend of mine had a still birth in 2nd tri under her care. Said friend reviewed her file with head doctor (Fink), both came to the conclusion that closer monitoring and treatment could had made a difference. Fast forward and guess who I get stuck with? Yes, Dr. Tumero Details:I had a regular doctors visit on 12/31/14, during my ultrasound, tech noticed that heartbeat was slow, she quickly called Dr Simmel in and I was asked to head over to baptist for further monitoring. Upon arriving to baptist (5 minutes later, as building is right next door), my daughters heartbeat was detected by monitor used by nurse. Five minutes later, Dr Tumero (who was on duty at hospital) shows up and requests bed side u/s. U/s tech arrived within a couple of minutes and by then, my daughter was gone. Between time of my arrival, check in, blah blah blah, about 10 minutes passed. Though you maybe thinking, 10 minutes is not that long, it is when your child's life is at risk. Knowing what I know now (further testing detected that I have an autoimmune disease which often correlates with still births if left untreated) I understand that OTHER factors COULD have caused my daughters passing, however, we did not know (still don't) what "the cause" was when it was all going down,so my thoughts are: If Dr. Simmel called baptist to let them know that I was heading there with baby with slow heartbeat, why the delay in dr Tumero showing up? My daughter passed away at this hospital, all while we were present. Why was an emergency c- section not done if one minute there was heartbeat and not the next? so many questions. I know that nothing will ever bring her back, but I question the response time and how the situation was handled. ------- As if what I described above is not reason enough as to why to avoid this practice, here are additional mishaps that took place during pregnancy. I had a VERY healthy pregnancy, so my visits were short and to the point. However, there were many mishaps along the way, one of them being that a test which is done during 2nd trimester detecting abnormalities was overlooked. They apologized for that, and during that time I didn't think it was a big deal, but after having lost my child, I wish that every single test had been done. Aside from that, there was a lot of back and forth with medication prescribed (Diclegis for nausea and vomiting) the office sent prescription to my pharmacy for wrong amount (less pills) so I was having to go back for refills every couple of weeks, spending more money per bottler, wasting time and gas. It wasn't until the pharmacist asked me why I hadn't just ordered 100 pills to begin with vs 30 at a time, that we were able to correct the issue by calling obgyn and having them send correct prescription. U/s tech with long hair- this lady is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever met in the industry. I do not recall her name, but I saw her twice early in pregnancy and requested not to see her again. I tried both times to initiate small talk (commenting on her daughter's ballet pictures/ asking about her day) and got nothing. She always had a crappy face on, and was non responsive. Having an u/s done is both exciting and stressful, she did zero to make the experience more pleasant. Please stay away from this place if you are expecting, it is my only suggestion. During a doctor's career, there is no doubt that lives will be lost for x or y reason. I just REALLY feel that my daughter's life could have been spared, if things had been addressed promptly.

I was 45 minutes late to my appointment because there was NO PARKING AT ALL. I literally had to sit in the middle of the parking lot just waiting for someone else to leave. After driving 1.5 hours from the Florida Keys. The staff was ok. Nothing special. They kept opening the door widely while I was naked on the table, just covered by a piece of paper... this made me uncomfortable. The doctor was not personable or friendly. Even though I was late to my appointment, I still had to wait another 40 minutes because they were that backed up. And I swore I would never use this office again if I need a special procedure. Now they are leaving all their Keys Women in a lurch as they are SUDDENLY closing the Tavernier office, with ZERO NOTICE. (I'm here now and no one has mentioned that they'll be shut down on Friday permanently.) I highly recommend avoiding this disaster.

After meeting Dr. Perez, I felt confident that this would be a good choice for me! Since it's a practice of three doctors (Lievano, Perez, and Collado), you meet with them all throughout your pregnancy, but can schedule appointments with just one for regular care like annual exams. I liked that they're super close to Baptist Hospital which ended up being a great hospital for my delivery. Speaking of, the thing about a practice is that you never know which doctor will be on call so it's best not to have your heart set on having a certain doctor there when you go into labor. On the weekends, they rotate with another practice entirely which I didn't learn until later, and it was a bit scary to know I may have a doctor I've never even met. Dr. Collado ended up being there when the time came and I'm SO happy and thankful! She was awesome the entire time, saved me from having an emergency C-Section, cooperated with my doula, and stayed at the hospital the entire night while we waited for my baby to arrive (and was there early the next morning!). I loved having her so much, I was set on keeping her as my main doctor moving forward. Unfortunately I moved, but would definitely encourage others to make an appointment with her if you're looking for a new gyno. Given how often I had to go there during my pregnancy, I'd say that wait times weren't bad on average, but there were a couple of times that were long, usually when a doctor was unexpectedly out. The nurses were always super kind though and great at taking blood. The ultrasound tech was also nice, and the back office was usually pretty good about helping me with billing issues, insurance, etc. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience. Pregnancy and birth can be super vulnerable and a bit nerve wracking, but I'd trust this team to do it again if I was in Miami.

MOST UNETHICAL, MANIPULATING AND SNEEKY DR!!…read more Dr. Bradley has been my GYN for roughly 2-3 years. I only go to Dr. Bradley for my annual well woman check (covered @ 100% by your insurance) since I have a PCP for any other issues. I went in for my annual well woman check (pap smear and breast exam) in January and left. Nothing was discussed with Dr. Bradley. 30 min later I received a call from her office advising that the Dr. wanted me to have a breast ultrasound (assuming she felt something b/c she NEVER said anything to me during the visit). OK that's fine and her staff faxed me my prescription. Fast forward 2-3 months I receive a bill for $60. Being that I do the billing for a GYN and handle insurance all day everyday I knew the $60 was my office copay. I did not have a visit with the Dr. She said NOTHING TO ME THE WHOLE VISIT. So I contacted her office regarding this bill and was advised by her front office staff that the Dr. added a diagnosis which caused by $60 copay to apply. Now that was a LIE!! The only way my copay would have been triggered is if Dr. Bradley billed an office visit along with my annual well woman and after contacting my insurance that is exactly what she did. That was very sneaky and manipulating of Dr. Bradley!!! She did not spend any face to face time with me and certainly did not discuss anything with me, but decided to bill my insurance as if she did. VERY UNETHICAL! I eventually spoke with Dr. Bradley and she apologized and stated she "should have been clear with me". I thought once I had this conversation with the Dr. the $60 would be written off. NOPE! I received a call from her office asking me about paying the bill or setting up the payment plan and if not my account would go to collection. I refuse to pay a bill for services that WERE NOT RENDERED! Needless to say I've decided to no long be a patient of Dr. Bradley and requested that my medical records to be sent to another gynecologist (Dr. Michelle Starke). Her staff advised me even though the medical records are going to another provider I would still have to pay $1 per page! I have never heard of being charged to have my records being sent to another provider and I work for a doctor!! She is a sneaky, manipulating liar and I do not wish this trouble on anyone else.

From the first appointment Cinthia Bradley was emotion less and spoke in a monotone voice. Just an odd personality, and at the same time would try talking down to me, when being asked questions. Basically like if she was better than me because she was a doctor. The reason why i never left her office is because when i was already tired of her attitude and lack of professionalism, no doctor office wanted to take me as i was already to far along and a high risk patients. So basically i was stuck! I was also seeing a high risk doctor due to my condition at her referral. I was 36 weeks when i last saw the high risk doctor and was informed my baby was breached and to advise Cinthia Bradley. On my next appointment with her at almost 38 weeks, when i saw her i told her that the baby was showing breached. She stood by the exam room door like 10 feet away from me without examining me and said that baby is fine. She made my appoint for 39 weeks and when i came in she did a vaginal exam digitally just to tell me i was not dilated. She told me she would schedule an appointment with the hospital after 40 weeks so she could finally induce me close to 42 weeks. I begged this lady every week from 38 weeks on to induce me and she told me that was against Baptist policy. When i went to my hospital appointment i asked the nurse and she told me that a patient could be induced at 38 weeks and that what she had said was a lie. During the exam which includes an ultrasound they discovered the baby was breached!!! I broke down in tears knowing i had believed this unprofessional so called doctor! I could have been scheduled a c sections weeks prior if she would have done her job correctly. When the hospital tried to get in contact with her to come and do the c section turns out that the reason why she had scheduled me the way she did was because she was on vacation!! This lady should not be treating patients! She put my baby at risk and my life! The hospital personnel had nothing hut negative things to say about her! On top of everything the doctor that perform my c section botched my scar horrible! Wish i could upload does pics! I Hope women that read this will stay away from that lady!!

During my very first visit, before I asked for any options, I was immediately told to "come back tomorrow for the pill" after I said I was not actively planning for a baby -- even though I never requested or discussed abortion. This interaction felt rushed, dismissive, and deeply unprofessional. I was later treated for a non-viable pregnancy. I was first given medication, which failed, and then underwent a uterine vacuum procedure in the office. I was told anesthesia was used, but I experienced extreme pain and distress during the procedure and did not feel properly numbed or cared for. I was charged $715 out of pocket and given a superbill to submit to my insurance. Months later, I learned that my insurance paid the doctor for the same procedure, yet I was never refunded. When I reviewed the insurance claim, I was shocked to see diagnoses listed that were never discussed with me, including a benign uterine polyp. I was never told I had a polyp, never treated for one, and never consented to care for that diagnosis. I am now having to fight to correct my medical records and recover money that should have been refunded once insurance paid. In addition to billing concerns, the office felt extremely rushed, with very little explanation, empathy, or informed consent. Patients deserve transparency, accurate medical records, and respectful care -- especially in such vulnerable situations. I strongly encourage other women to ask questions, request copies of all records, and carefully review insurance claims if they seek care here. OR SIMPLY DO NOT GO!
