He gave me two meeting choices 11:30 or 1:30. When I said I can't make those times could she meet any other time, he said those are the times - he clearly was not interested in helping me. I responded back that if those were the only times she had available how was she going to take care of my mother during other times? His response was a cold email mocking me. Of course that was the last time I would be communicating with him or his company.

This home is warm and inviting. Current staff, Tatiana, Dawn and Naelli treat all residents with love and respect. Patients aren't rushed to get into the shower, moved around roughly in bed when getting undergarments changed or given large mouthfuls of food when being fed a puréed diet. I can ask a question and if they don't have the answer, they will get the answer. They call me before a medication runs out/expires. They will let me know if there is a change in a resident's behavior, appetite or an issue with skincare. I have had a patient here for almost six months. No skin breakdown. The staff accepts suggestions. This is a very secure home for family members who have dementia. I recommend this home to families who want caring staff taking care of their loved ones. Fleur de Lis came to the assessment with a caregiver already in tow, and then delivered both the patient and caregiver to the patient's residence on the same day. Granted that the case was near their office in Lakewood, but I'm sure that still meant a lot to that patient! I have referred Fleur de Lis to a number of patients who require extra care. The owner and managers respond to inquiries fairly quickly and the patients seem satisfied with their caregivers.
