Santo Tome has been around since the 1850s and this one was adjacent to a main square so it's quite popular for locals and turistas. I got a few and enjoyed eating them although they all tasted somewhat the same, but it was all good. So if you're in Toledo, Oh....I mean Spain, stop on in.

My sister and I dropped into this shop in the afternoon to pick up some jamon iberico de bellota (acorn) after hearing so many good things about it. There was definitely a language barrier between us and the shop keeper but they were able to help us find what we wanted. We originally just wanted to get a few hand cut slices on the spot but we wound up getting the vacuum sealed kind to take back to our hotel to eat. Let me tell ya something- jamon iberico de bellota is the absolute bee's knees. Even my sister who isn't usually into cured meats was super into it. There's something about the flavor and the depth that is amazing. I highly recommend getting a pack to try out! Overall, I highly recommend coming by this store to check it out!
