Lovely home. Fabrezio and Lucia were excellent hosts. When we arrived Fabrezio gave us a map and marked the best routes to walk and see the sites from their location.
On Lucia's recommendation via email we reserved the tower climb at 7:30 and had an amazing experience and view from the top at sunset.
B&B is very close to the rail station but print directions before arrival. The train station will offer no assistance and the maps are very vague. However, if you forget directions, walk straight out of the train station and walk straight for about 1 block you will find the tourist office with FREE advice and maps. Train station will try to sale bus tours and maps but rest assured once you arrive at the B&B Fabrizio's route is 100 times more beautiful. You avoid the tourist trap at the front with vendors accosting you with tacky souvenirs and sunglasses. Easy to walk from the B&B.
The breakfast in the morning is made from scratch and delicious. Hammock in the garden for relaxing and wi-fi. An added bonus was the ride to the airport in the morning.
A great place to stay for a stopover in Pisa. read more
