We ran into Angelini by accident-- got lost on our cycling trip and ran out of supplies. Christian…read moregreeted us as dear guests and immediately made us feel safe and at home. We do come from The US where feeling safe and welcome is a synonym for a five star service. But the hospitality is not the best part of the story, it's the food!! My tuna salad literally melted in my mouth. It was so fresh that I could smell arugula as if it was picked this very morning. My friend had a pizza with pine nuts and prosciutto and it was just as delicious. I'd like to wish more places in Europe had this level of high end cuisine and hospitality. Will be back to Sittensen just to enjoy Angelini's fine food and Christian's extraordinary service. Cheers.
