I was calling to reschedule my 3 month check in and called 3 different office probably 5 times each over the span of 2-3 days and FINALLY good heavens I reached someone just to be put on hold! I had already decided that due to such horrible communication and horrific front desk staff that my time here was over. I'll be moving on to a dermatology office that is better equipped. She tried different injection locations, asked how I liked it at my next visit, and adjusted based on my feedback.
