I didn't want to do online dating. Honestly, I don't know how they got my information but they called me for an in-person interview so I was interested. They promise you 8 matches based on your requests and their interview with you. They say they can't guarantee time between each match...but it's been 3 months since I've heard from my matchmaker. For the last match, they talked me into someone 20 years older than me!! And the match slipped and told me that my matchmaker told him that I "needed to grow up". This business does not have good potential for you! Before you sign any contract please listen to my lesson and learn. I came in the business with high expectation, paid membership for $7995 of 14 times of introductions through the company with 12 months of active hold time. This business does not have clients. After I signed up, I got 1 introduction that was 10% meet my requirements. I gave feedback for this 1st introduction and got another offer which is meet only 5% of my requirements. I have called this company to beg for membership cancel, but the lady on the phone tell me that my contract had no cancelation, and then she add "what are you going to do call your credit card?" I politely said "I will talk to you another time when calm down". This conversation hurt me the most. I feel this is a scam company. Every time I've tried to report to my credit card, the company will change the service agent, call me back and start all over again about what is my requirements. One time this company call me for feedback about their service, I tell the truth that I will not recommend anyone to this service. The lady on the phone suggested me to get membership cancel, she looked up and found out this location did the dead end business; she had said "some location let me cancel within 2 days" At this point I don't have any service from them.
