We told him some homes we were interested in and he brought other great candidates -- he took us through all of them, but we just could not find something in our budget. My wife and I thought we would have to wait a few months until something else came in the market, but maybe a week or two went by and Steven found a new build that was almost completed -- it was not even listed on any of the big websites (Zillow, etc.). He negotiated our home at our budget and even got the closing costs to be COMPLETELY covered -- we were actually paid a large sum of money at closing when we got the home with NO money out of pocket. This man was on top of everything -- he was an amazing asset to this process. My wife and I felt confident and well informed. In the midst of the home buying process, my wife had our first baby and Steven sent us a card and gift card for our baby -- he didn't need to do that, but he is is a good man. He even gave us a custom made house warming gift that we absolutely love! If you want a great realtor who will do the hard work and help you get what you want, Steven is the man. He is on your side and will make sure you are well taken care of. We are absolutely going back to him in the future, assuming we stay in the greater Orlando area.

This review is long overdue! In the early spring of 2024 my husband and I decided our short time…read morein Orlando had come to an end. We had a fabulous Florida Mid Century house that when we bought it had been upgraded with all the designer fixings and a spacious backyard with room for the 15x 30 6 ft deep pool we built with all new landscaping, turf, slabs and marble creating a resort style backyard. We knew we could probably break even so when a house came up on the market for close to what we were wanting to list I went to the open house to get the low down from the listing agent. On that day I met Mary Heidrich and I knew right away that she was good people. She was charming, warm and friendly and I could tell she was not the typical Floridian Realtor who seemed to look out only for personal gain and greed which was something very important to us since we wanted someone we could trust. A month later we listed and because of Marys trust in our home, expertise and most likely her charm to the buyer we received an all cash offer near asking price and we broke even and then some. Mary thank you from the bottom of our hearts without your excitement and trust in our how special we had made that home we would have been lost. We are so lucky we had Mary Heidrich represent our home and we could not recommend her enough if you want an all around genuine kind person representing you.

Frustrated, while waiting for the call to pick up, I looked at their YELP reviews and saw that so many others were very, very disappointed in their service - an "I don't care" attitude. That's the way I felt trying to get someone to talk to me. Not worth the trouble dealing with them. Too bad the homeowners don't read these reviews before they sign on with a management company.

Pros: Dedicated professionals Immediate Access to up to date listings. Cons: Its the First time I see buyers get charged a fee. they asked to Sign a contract preventing "buyers" from using another agent. Too many costly mistakes in the "Purchase and Sale" contract that cost me the buyer to make the wrong (higher) offer. They were on the defensive saying "oh it does not matter because the house is sold as is and there are too many buyers out there, so it is ok if you like to withdraw your offer for the house you loved." If you have to use them, Make sure to have an attorney review the Purchase and sale contract first.

My review is about Cesar Estrada!!!…read more This Cesar Estrada is a total "flimflam" man. He offered to buy my house at 145k with no costs to me. He brought the paperwork to me to sign and he had changed to escrow to say I would be paying for the closing cost. He didn't mention a thing until I said something. WATCH OUT for this guy !!! Oh and then I said I would sell it the traditional way. He said " Let me sell it for you. If I don't sell it in 30 days. I'll give you 145k cash with no cost." I'm like HUH? Why wait 30 days lol buy it now.
