Which lead to multiple visits. This included stitches, cauterization and two more times under his knife and 6 courses of antibiotics. Treatment during surgery was as barbaric as it could have gotten. I could FEEL him cutting my insides. Had to actually yell at him to stop touching me and numb me. His response "I don't know why this is hurting" this was also a response while getting stiches while I was crying. While under his care I recived Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Ecoli. Resulting in an open wound. Overall I felt unseen, unheard and frankly abused.

I was allergic to the sutures they used, I had even complained to his nurse at the time who told me just to stop using some ointment I had been prescribed. I did, but turns out it was from the sutures. Dr. Carlisle had gone on vacation after this was done, so hence the lack of after care. Anyway. Two bad experiences from two different providers. I would not recommend.

On the way to the appointment they called saying they were running late by 30 min, which to me was no big deal. They asked if I wanted to cancel, I didn't. Looking back, I think this was them trying to get me to cancel. Once I met with the aesthetician, she told me that a chemical peel was "bottom of the barrel" and "a waste of your money, because you're going to be disappointed with the results." She then recommended $3800+ worth of moxie and other services, none of which could be done during my appointment. She also said that after those recommended treatments I would still be disappointed with the results, and would need additional expensive treatments. I left feeling very disappointed and self-conscious. I do appreciate the honesty of this conversation, but it was still incredibly disappointing and wasted my evening. It kind of felt like the aesthetician just wanted to be done with her day. It also felt like they were using the visia results to scare me into buying their treatment plan. At no time was anyone rude, she was very kind and direct. I've had an excellent experience with a hydrafacial in the past at the spa. I think it would be beneficial for them to ask what your skincare goals are, instead of just assuming that you're looking for flawlessness. I have no expectation that my skin will ever be free from signs of sun, as I am outside every day. Mixed feelings on if I'll return.

I never signed anything verifying I received information about a possible consultation fee but was sent the bill a month and a half later. When discussing this with clinic manager Kristen Platt, she was combative and unapologetic that the consultation fee was sent to me. She also gave conflicting information about why the consultation was applicable to me since the procedure I wanted to discuss with the doctor could have potentially been covered by insurance; however, the consultation was necessary before being able to determine if insurance would cover any of the procedure. She justified sending me the bill that was never presented in the first place by saying that other doctors in the area all have consultation fees. I understand that but I didn't even have a choice whether or not I would agree to pay the consultation fee since again I was NEVER INFORMED about it beforehand.
