This one does, and the stock is awesome and friendly for twenty-somethings - what a sweet surprise! The clothing prices are a fair, and shoes are affordable. I picked up an immaculate pair of Birkenstocks for 17 euro. All in all, this is a model shop and I wish every city had one like it. More sizes, more positivity, more authenticity.

I bought an orange tea-set for my newly acquired tea habit (who knew that cold winters would make you want to drink warm things all the time!) and a few other items for my kitchen and everytime I walk by I see something in the window that I feel I absolutely must have - this week I've been coveting "Thunderbird" action figures. Please make me stop! :) The owner is super friendly, there are always old dudes hanging out and chatting in the store - it's tiny and the hours are irregular but a great place to do a drive by and see what's new. And best of all, you can satisfy that need for "Thunderbirds" for a song.

I saw a Cartoon Dress being wheeled out to a sidewalk display & soon as I saw this dress, I knew it had to be MINE Noting where this shop was, we returned that afternoon & there was a huge crowd & a waiting list for the dressing room - an actual waiting list I loved this concept - the girl helping us took my dresses so we could continue browsing & then she came to find us when it was my turn to model my finds That cartoon dress was sheer awesomeness! I also found another 1920s-style dress that was hand-beaded & too lovely to pass up Best part is that they participate in VAT free shopping so I got my taxes back! They have a collection of Brand New Vintage items from the roaring1920's, 1940's, 1950's and 1960's style. You can also purchase retro clothes here as well too. I notice some vintage shops in Amsterdam can be a bit pricey but the list of Vintage Shops that I am yelping about prices are pretty reasonable and moderate.

I visited this shop today fifteen minutes before closing. My husband and I asked if they were still…read moreopen, and the girl at the counter let us know that they were, for fifteen more minutes. We were 100 percent clear when the shop would be closing. I found a few cute, decently priced things to try on amidst the overcrowded racks, and proceeded to the dressing "rooms," whose curtains always leave an embarrassing gap (which could easily and cheaply be remedied by a clip, hook, or velcro). Since I still had several minutes before closing, I tried them on. With five minutes to close, the girl at the counter shouted out a loud announcement that they would be closing soon. Since I was only feet away from the desk, I could hear this quite clearly. However, another sales assistant felt the need directly after this to come over, stand outside of my poorly closed curtains, and shout loudly that if I wanted to pay I needed to do it now. Still shirtless, I said that I was getting my clothes on. I didn't realize that I would be required to respond from the dressing room to the girl at the counter. If they plan on closing at 4:55, they should put that on their door. The other option would be to let us know when we walked in and asked about the closing time that they would be closing early. I would definitely have bought all three items that I found had I not experienced this rude, unnecessary and unprofessional behavior. I considered going back in and saying something about it, but instead, I will refrain from giving them my business and recommend that you hop over to some of the many superiorly curated and more decently priced shops in Utrecht. This one is a pass for me.
