No one needs to hear you clearly in their homes over their own tv's. There are people of many ages that you are disturbing. For example: The elderly, children and many of us that you are making very angry. (Especially with your "party" gun shooting at night). You are a "business"......act like one. Our experience with Sharpe's Church Interiors is not a good one and wanted to leave a review so…read morethat future customers may be aware. We are small church with about 22 pews. The pew we have are old I will admit and were in need of upgrade or replacing. After searching out we went with Sharpe's Church Interior because of lower price and their 25-year workmanship warranty. And that it was mentioned in sales that they would possibly try to complete the project of repadding and new upholstery for the pews. As well as accommodate a time frame of completing pews without any interruptions to worship service during the week. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We had to work on their schedule and only sending a couple of guys to do the work in three days. The lead person on the job to me was more about trying to complete the job hurriedly without ensuring that pews were total done. We have some pews that have gaps at end of pews where the open end is screwed in and one pew that wasn't not even screwed to the back. Some staples that were exposed that could allow someone to prick their fingers in those gaps as well. They had a big job they were trying to get too next after our project was signed off. On the last day I was there and it took them late in the night to complete and as I looked over the work it was okay but wanted to get them out and gone. So, for future reference make sure you demand that they give you full attention and not rush a job to be done. If anything else try their competitor McPhaul Church Services, this buyer wished we had used them instead since they have a mill facility and feel they would give a better quality service.

I accepted his price and he came out that Saturday with another guy. He then left his employee there who I had never met before. They ran out of materials because of waste, so the employee had to come back the next day. They still didn't finish and there are gaps in what was done. They were also supposed to complete a job at a second location. They were given a check for equipment they claimed they needed. They never did the work and were supposed to return the check. Instead it was cashed and a stop had to be placed on the check. Very dishonest people. Owner tries to play off the responsibility by blaming his employees who he supposedly fired or they quit. If you really feel the need to hire them, I would suggest watching these thieves very closely and make sure you have everything in writing including the name of the business and signed by the owner. If I knew what kind of people they were, I would've never hired them to begin with.

Everything but very well but we had a heat wave come in and my house was not cooling like it should so they came back out check the heat pump it was fine but they suspected that it was something going on with the duct work. They did not replace the ductwork when they put the heat pump in because I had just bought the house and the people that was selling the home replace that. They took a look and the workmanship for the duct work was very poor and the air return was not the right size so I had to have that replaced. If you have any HVAC issues I would highly highly recommend calling them if they're in your area. Also all of the technicians that came out were very nice professional.

So we have used them for at least 13 years. When I went to pay the bill which ,was under 300 dollars, I paid 200 more for the next time they had to come out to fix something. The lady said it would be ok to do. So about a month ago the fan broke again, over 500 dollars to replace the fan. We went to paid the bill today. I asked about the 200 dollars that I paid extra 3 years ago. After about 20 minutes of paper finding, they found a paper that said the the 200 dollars was for only one year. Now when I left the 200 dollars there was no paper they wrote up she just took my money and said all was OK. I signed nothing!!! I saw no paper!!!@ And when they did come out to fix the fan they left wires hanging out of the unit. The owner said something about it being OK something about the fan being able to reverse it rotation. Now I'm not a electrician but they didn't find the wires hanging out so they should have put them where they were, professional like. Yeah .....I am now looking a new ac/heating company!!!!!
