For this, you are allowed to choose a certain amount of dishes, which you can then share with the other diners. if there is one you particularly like, they just bring more if you ask. The food is served to your table rather than being buffet style, which makes it more personal. The service is excellent, and they are very attentive. The only criticism I have is that they used to charge for service each time they brought a drink to the table, which racked up the bill. The bar was literally next to our table on one occasion, but they discouraged us from getting up to go to the bar. However this is a great restaurant, probably the best chinese I have been to in the area.
