The ladies at Area Disposal are knowledgably, friendly, and helpful. A real breathe of fresh air when it seems like customer service is dead and gone... Not here! I received their number from my carpet guy that said they're great, and to give them a try. Dumpsters are delivered and picked up promptly, and the one time there was a miscommunication, they corrected it right away, and didn't miss a beat. On top of that they are very reasonable, and explain the costs really well, so there are no surprises I usually work with Alicia, and Penny and both are a treat to work with. Hired this company to load a couple moving pods(2). The guys were all very nice. They forgot to…read morebring the TV boxes I requested but the owner did bring the boxes by after a call by the workers and apologized for them not having it with them. Thankfully neither of our TVs were damaged during the pod transport, however, we did have a couple pieces of furniture that ended up damaged because a bunch of boxes and items shifted around inside the pod and fell (see photos of damaged items). The team only used a total of 2 moving straps (one inside each pod) which just didn't seem like enough to me. I think things could have been packed better inside of the pods but, on a positive note, they did show up right on time and worked very quickly. If you use this company for a move I'd just make sure to keep an eye out for how things are packed and make sure to use lots of padding on your items!
