Samantha drew plans for our extension and loft conversion, the plans looked good and professional, however after the structural engineer attended and advised there was issues with the trees nearby, this was not advised by Sam during her visit which was disappointing. At times it felt like she was pushing us to make decisions which after we advised we did not want to proceed further at that time with the loft conversion she completed work for additional costs which after we did not pay threatened with court actions. We have now got another company in to look at the drawings we paid for and continue with the loft conversion however they have advised there is issues with the drawings Sam made where the head height for the stairway passes through a required structural beam to solve this the beam would need to be manufactured bespoke around the stairway instead of a straight beam. Result new plans and no extension to date. I am sure she has done good work and has had successful works completed however ours was not one of these. I would recommend to not use Samantha. read more
