Gareth is a genius. We were in a really tight spot after another graphic design company pulled out of our agreement 5 days before a major deadline (on a bank holiday weekend). I called up about 8 different places, none of whom wanted our business, but eventually got in touch with Gareth at Whitewater studios who did everything for us and in time on very short notice.
