Over the past three months, I've had multiple outstanding insurance needs including securing an umbrella policy and updating my coverage after a recent home renovation and significant purchases. Despite repeated attempts to reach Sally via phone, email, and text, I received zero response - nothing. I understand the recent LA fires have created challenges for the insurance industry and made coverage more difficult to secure. However, there is no excuse for complete radio silence from an insurance agent when a client is actively trying to reach them with time sensitive needs. Insurance is a critical service that requires responsive, reliable communication. That basic expectation was never met. Due to her complete lack of responsiveness, I have transferred my policy to another agency. I was looking for car insurance with liabilities only and road side assistance, and then ends up I purchased one with liabilities without road side assistance, ( because he said no insurance company provide it, which I figure out later was not true !! ) .
