Jenessa Scherer is the worst I've ever dealt with. Details ... POOR PRODUCT: All group family photos were out of focus on the entire right side of the frame. The bride/groom were not positioned in the center of the family photos (not even close), but rather on the right side of center. Group photos were taken so close that the proportions do not enable enlargements - 4x6 photos were fine, but anything larger (even 8x10 photos) required a white band on the top and bottom. Photographer promised she would enlist a professional to make corrections but I gave up after many promises that it would happen "next week". My iphone could have done a better job at capturing the family group. TIMELINESS AND INTEGRITY: The contract stated photos would be provided within 14 weeks but they arrived 4 months after the wedding and the video arrived 8 months after the wedding (2 months past deadline). Dozens of emails were sent inquiring about missed deadlines; most were ignored but many promised that the product will be coming "next week". Although we take no issue with the video product, we paid $5000 for the "Ultimate Package" and a year and a half after the wedding, still don't have a decent family photo to hang on the wall. If I could rate them as zero stars, I would.

Her work is romantic, artistic, dramatic and filled with emotion. When it came time for my own wedding, I hoped that I could find a way to make it work to have Sabine as my photographer. In fact, when we decided to elope with three weeks notice, we actually picked the day based on Sabine's availability. She is THAT good. I feel so lucky to have made that decision. Unsurprisingly, the photos are gorgeous. Even more though, Sabine was so warm and kind she was able to easily draw my shy husband out of his shell, and make him and our 12 guests feel completely at ease. My wife first found All on Deck Photos on TikTok, and from the first interaction to the final delivery, they were nothing short of spectacular. We used them for both our wedding photography and videography, and they truly made our vision come to life. The Planning & Communication Their communication leading up to the big day was excellent. We had a Zoom call and a detailed questionnaire that covered things I never would have even thought of. They even set up a group chat with Segun (our photographer), Joren (our videographer), my wife, and me. They asked a lot of questions--not to be pushy, but to ensure they were catering the entire experience to exactly what we wanted. The Wedding Day On the day of the wedding, the team was punctual and professional. Segun and Joren met with us immediately to walk through the timeline. They were so thorough with the setup, ensuring mics and lighting were in the ideal spots. I've done photoshoots before, but this was next level. There was a lot of posing (my neck and muscles on my face were tired! lol), but it was all for a good reason. During the ceremony, they were like ghosts--they didn't ruin the flow at all. They worked around us, rather than making us work around them, which made us feel so comfortable. The Results The Photos: We received these about a month after the wedding. AMAZING. PHENOMENAL.
