Pros: they took us in last minute with no appointment.
Cons: where do I start?
1. The place is horror house dirty
2. It feels like the hairdressers just started doing hair that same day.
3. One of the hairdresser is pure evil borderline c u next Tuesday. She started blow drying my hair from the middle which makes no sense. I tried to show her how to do my hair from the bottom then she started putting wet hair on top of half dried hair, again I tried to tell her in a polite way to dry the hair below first! Then she got all offended and started cursing me in Portuguese and mocking me to the other hairdresser who seemed rather embarrassed! The mockery continued for a good 10 minute and I just sat there quietly brewing cuz I didn't want her to chop my hair off or do something vindictive! She starts finally talking to my mom who was getting her hair done by another hairdresser who did a much bette job and she goes "you have nice hair but your daughter's hair is frizzy and a lot of work, you seem so laid back but your daughter's a control freak, and she needs to chill". My mom at this point was just trying to be the peace maker as she could tell I was this close to killing the obnoxious biatch! My mom asked her where she was from and she told us she's French! At this point I'm like "Well that explains it". The dumb c u next Tuesday goes "oh you guys could tell I'm French cuz I'm blonde and don't look dark like the Portuguese!". I'm like no your nails are a dead giveaway - they were chipped - and you just don't have the Portuguese warmth and hospitality!
4. We come to pay the bill and it says on the door 5 euro for a blowout but she charges us 15 euros even though our hair was already washed! My mom rushed to pay and tip the psycho before I could say anything!
Advice: do not go there under any any circumstances unless you enjoy having a witch play with your hair while wreaking of cigarettes! Horrendous experience and the result is frizzy read more
