My favorite place is the adoration chapel. It is so serene and cozy, you can really feel Jesus as you look at the blessed sacrament exposed. This church is so special to me as I used to be a part of their choir. I also like the courtyard where they have a few saint statues displayed. It was nice to see St. Therese and St. Anthony along with a rare statue I haven't seen anywhere else St. Anne and her daughter Mary (I have this prayer card but have never seen a statue of it in real life!). I didn't quite notice them here until I came the other day to pray. If you are in Merced, whether you are Catholic or not, come by and see this church and walk around their courtyard. It's a great place to take a break from our busy schedules. :-)
