Having heard nothing several days into the following week, I called back. After all, it was Friday afternoon when I initially called... any of a number of things could've happened. The person I spoke to on my 2nd call was also nice, gather all my contact info and the general info about the project. An appointment was scheduled to meet with a company rep to discuss project specifics. Meeting time comes and no one shows up. I call the company and have to leave voicemail. After waiting for an hour, we give up. Additional calls have not been answered nor returned If you don't want the business or are too busy to accept new business, at least give the customer the courtesy of letting them know. That's being respectful. To not show and ignore is a sign of poorly run company that is going to do substandard work and not stand behind what they do. Am I wrong?

Just had the privacy fence put up a few weeks before the hurricane. They installed the fence and it…read moreappeared to be fine. Then Hurricane Michael came and the fence came down. Repeated messages left for Mr Elliot. FINALLY got a call back asking me what it was he was suppose to do. Was told the hurricane didn't cover the warranty work. Only work that wasn't done right. Told him that I really didn't think I wanted him to fix my fence anyway as they did shotty work. He informed me that they have a 5 star rating. I said you may have a 5 star rating, but they did crappy work. Cement only in some posts, or partial in the posts that had them. Boards cut too short, etc. He said the only thing I can do is apologize for that. Will NEVER USE NOR RECOMMEND them.
