This place was a total scam, and after sitting…read morein the theatre thinking how did i manage to book something this terrible, i looked up the reviews of this place on trip advisor i saw all the horrible and truthful reviews. They say it's a ballet but there's no orchestra, the place is falling apart on the inside and above all the ballerinas look like they're just learning how to dance. Most of them just walk around the stage, men included and there was only one lady who really knew how to dance. Everyone else looked like beginners, walking on the stage and prancing around. Really disappointed, they should mention somewhere on there that this isn't a recognized ballet show or something:.. looked like a total scam, everyone in the audience looked so confused once it was done and I'm pretty sure they fell for the trap too. Don't go here if you want to see a real ballet- this is more of a high school ballet show. Save your money.

I signed up for the four week intensive course to get my TEFL certificate (which had been…read morerecommended by several friends as the best way to teach English and one of the most recognised certifications globally). I was expecting a 9 - 5 scenario of turning up, getting a book to read and going home... Little did I realise that The Language House TEFL in Prague has trained over 3000 graduates and had their training down to a fine art. It required a lot of work, but that the trainers and staff were there to help out every step of the way offering to go the extra mile if ever I needed clarification or help with anything, for example lesson planning. By the end of the course I had learned so much and feel I am ready to teach English at all levels from private tutoring to a 30 students at once. They also offer housing and job assistance (from hints on your CV, being a reference, or just pointing you in the right direction). I honestly haven't met a group of people more passionate about what they do and so willing to help you have the best, most exciting time teaching abroad. As a bonus The Language House TEFL is located right in the middle of the historic part of Prague, which makes it a great place to experience this amazing city and a life (changing) experience you'll never forget.
