Then the night before the real estate company was going to show the house I remembered I needed to buy new ones and it was too late to do that. I went over to the house to put up the old ones and when I flipped the light switch what did I see? All new switch plates on every last outlet and light switch!! I was looking to have someone come to blow the roof and clean the gutters. in both person and via text, I was very explicit that about the gutters and that they have older guards on them and would need to be slid out to clean the gutters - so I was clear that the gutters needed to be cleaned. Micheal quoted me $120 for what I thought was a fair price for what I had asked for IN WRITING. The tech comes out to do the service and is here less than 20 minutes! I go half way up on a ladder and the tech did nothing but blow off my roof - no gutter cleaning at all. When I contacted Michael, he was slightly argumentative and then copped that "there had been a miscommunication". Just beware of what you ask for and what's actually done with this company. You can find people to blow off a roof for way less than $120!

I was so impressed to get a call from Randy. He seemed very knowledgeable and organized and even offered to have someone come out the very next day to fix the leak I had discussed with him. I really wanted a quote and was very much impressed again with his responsiveness. He stated that he would send me a document to review and sign which I ultimately received the next morning. He had basically sent me a contract to sign without having anyone come and look at the job. We spoke Friday afternoon and I explained that I didn't feel comfortable signing a contract and that there must have been some sort of misunderstanding. He explained that it's not cost effective for him to just send someone out for an estimate. He even said that my concern could be one of three things ranging in price from a $125 fix to a whole new roof. After further discussion, he agreed to come out to my house today. Well, there must have been another misunderstanding, because he was a no call no show. What started out as a very customer centered and responsive company was unable to follow through.

There were some issues with rot that they found after demolition of the old bathroom, and that they were able to fix that day. The new vent fan wasn't working well after installation, I let Domenico know and he had it taken care of immediately. I would definitely hire him again.
