Called early in the morning to make an appointment that afternoon. I was about 5 mins late and when I got there there were 2 people working plus the front desk girl. Both haircutters/stylist were busy. After waiting for about 25 mins, the front desk said if I wanted to reschedule because the guy will be out after he does the last customer and the other girl was fully booked that day. But why make me wait that long (with my mother-in-law and 2 kids) if they weren't able to do services? Why make the appointment in the first place? PS: the owner was there too but she's busy entertaining a guy... Disappointed. read more

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD GET SHUT DOWN! Where should I start? This is actually the first review I have ever done. But I feel that by letting people know about this experience I can help you guys avoid this place. They have a child (probably not even 17) working the register and boy does she have an attitude. That child had her boyfriend over while working her whole shift and the owners allowed that! WHAT A JOKE. Horrible customer service! They left my hair bleaching for way to long! The girl with the pink and black hair did my hair and she was way more interested in texting and being on social media then actually doing my hair correctly. I guess that's why my hair got over bleached. Now I have to cut my hair to make it healthier. When they were washing my hair they were trying to get shampoo out of an already empty shampoo bottle. Cheap much? After paying $300 you guys couldn't open a new shampoo bottle? They didn't take ownership for ruining my natural hair.... a picture was promised and I got the complete opposite. Texted Michelle (who said was the owner or co owner ) the same day they did my hair. I sent her a picture of how damaged my hair was and how it was the complete opposite of what I wanted. I was going to give them a chance to fix it BUT she ignored me. I went to the salon and the next day she left me a voicemail saying she heard that I went to the salon. She declined to give me my money back and just made excuses! She told me she was to busy to get back to me, but she wasn't to busy to take my money. Now I understand why her partner talked so bad about her. She said she was always MIA and never took responsibility and didn't even care! Very unprofessional Michelle! So I basically threw $300 in the trash because of this so call "professional hairstylists". I guess you don't have to know what you're doing to work at a hair salon or own one! Ended up going to an actual profesional hairstylist in PD and he saw my hair and apologized! He said they don't know what they are doing or they didn't even try! I will post the picture of what they did to my hair. One of my favorite places in the valley! It's no club or fancy restaurant but I enjoy all of my time at this salon. I've been to a few barbers/salons but I've had the best experience here because of the excellent service all the stylist provide. It's clean, enjoyable, & the staff is very polite. I had an appointment with Michelle this morning at 10:00am. When I arrived she wasn't there and the receptionist couldn't get a hold of her. No phone call to say she wasn't coming. I rescheduled for 12:00 and asked the receptionist to please call me before I went there to make sure she was there. Nothing! They tried to pawn me off on the assistant but I did not want an inexperienced girl doing my hair! I'll never go back again! read more

Why is this salon still in business? Honestly I took a chance because it is really lovely in appearance but the staff doesn't really comprehend how to treat it's customers. They left me while another customer came in (who was obviously going to spend more money as she wanted something more complicated) and I was not immediately attended to my haircut. Plus they did it too short :(. They also increased the haircut price by %50 , instead of the initial quote they had given me, because "more product had to be used on my hair to soften the texture". I was looking forward to getting my hair done. Been here twice before and had a good experience 1 out of three. First time was terrible but the second was great with a different hair person. So I went back a third and regretted it. First two times it was 80$ for hair color and cut. Blow dry not included. I called in today for same thing and it was 80$ she said. I get there a little before my 1pm appointment. Only one person in there almost done. They did something to my hair in sink. Thought they were dying it or something. I wasn't sure. When they were done I was disappointed to see my hair was the same color. Girl said they had to put treatment on it to prevent patches before dying it. Then a different girl came up and started dying my hair. I asked her if she knew what color and she said yes the other girl told her. She didn't even look at what I wanted and started dying it. Then she rinsed it and said I would need to deep condion it. I asked her is that extra and she said 20$. I said okay. Then she cut my hair and wanted to blow dry it. I asked if that was extra and she said yes... $20. I stopped her and left with wet hair a 160$ bill not including tip I left (60$ hidden fees) and black hair that took almost three hours with no other clients in. Never again! I left at 3:44pm! I went to this salon and received horrible customer service. I will never set foot in this salon again and will encourage others to stay away as well. First, I was quoted a price for my cut and color and then AFTER I got my hair done and went to pay they DOUBLED the price that they said I owed them. The lady running the cash register (the owner's cousin) was extremely rude and unprofessional and insulted me as I was checking out. My advice is to find another salon in the area unless you want rude service and extremely high prices. read more

I got a facial here the end result was me having to pay lots more money on other stuff to fix all the damage that was done to my face. it dried up my face so bad my hole face felt like it was chapped and extremely dry. i did and brought everything i was told to buy to maintain my facial and it was all a waste of money NEVER AGAIN. read more
