I let it pick randomly because I didn't have a preference. You do have to pay a deposit and they have a no show policy but I totally get it so it wasn't a huge deal. The salon is pretty. Super clean. Lots of plants. And everyone was friendly. Madeline was my stylist and I highly recommend her. She was professional and friendly. She did a great job with my haircut and it feels and looks so much better. She didn't rush and was lovely overall. I'll definitely return and I highly recommend you visit.

I clearly made it for highlights. Stylist was more in a rush to pick up her child from school. She used bleach which is fine. she didn't leave it on long enough lifted me to yellow.Then toned. We alll know when you get home after the first wash your hair is yellow. No way can you go back and lift the same strands to lighter. She charged me by the time not the highlight process.She didnt even have the time for a blow out. $360 later. I had a personal photo shoot. So I using professional products. I had to tone my own hair. I called and explained. Management called and aid because I had fixed my hair myself they were not responsible. I could come in for an additions cost for them to fix it. The entire time the styise said she was concerned for the condition of my hair.. Which was strong .In great condition and could have handled the bleach. Of course this a loop hole many stulist use Blame the client. no refund was ever mentioned. I was told the cost was because they use organic products. Let's make this clear. Bleach is bleach. Not organic. Maybe the extremely over priced hair product was. I think the shampoo she tried to sell me was $65-85. There is no organic. It is a scam. Bleach is bleach color is color Henna is can be more irritating to the scalp than any other product. Not to mention the residue it leaves. I will never go back Which is sad The stylist I liked. She was very kind But had her mind on other priorities than my hair. I understand the responsibility of children.. But I paid the price at $360+ not her She ate well that night I am sure
