She's one of those people that never get her hair done, after visiting park 80,she received compliments all day and felt like a princess. My mother has verry difficult hair to work with, even still Vivian pulled it back and put some amazing curls in that lasted all night. Mom's hair came out so great, I asked to get mine done the next day. Even though park 80 doesn't have open hours on Sunday, Vivian was able to accommodate me!

The wedding was on Sunday and she advised majority of places (including her salon) were closed on Sundays. Instead of turning me away she came in on her day off and opened up the salon just for me! I was greeted by her lovely assistant Ursa who came in as well on her day off. Immediately I felt like I knew both of them for years. She really listened to what I was looking for and did an amazing job on my hair and makeup. She took her time and we had great conversation and laughs while she worked her magic. I would highly recommend her salon for weddings and would be her regular if I lived in the area. Very close to my hotel (Marriott). She even gave me a ride back after!

Blondes, Beware -- Master Colorist? More Like Master Mess…read more Let's normalize being honest when asked, "Do you know how to do blonde hair?" I've been coming to this salon on and off for years -- not for the owner, but for the few stylists who actually know what they're doing when it comes to blondes. I made the mistake of trusting the so-called "master colorist" after not touching my hair for an entire year. Huge regret. For $280, I expected professional results -- not brassy, uneven, yellow-toned hair that clearly shows in every filtered photo posted. Filters won't hide the lack of skill. If you're a stylist and a client sits in your chair asking for a service outside your level -- just say so. There's no shame in turning down work that's not in your wheelhouse. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. My advice? If you're blonde and care about your hair, go elsewhere.

I have to start by saying how HIGHLY disappointed I am for going to this hair salon. I spoke to the…read moreowner of the hair salon about what I wanted, showed them pictures, and I explained that I had a bad experience before and that's the reason II was at this salon. She unfortunately didn't have the time to do my hair but called one her workers and I thought this person was trained and had experience, but I should've just walked out of the place as soon as I heard the owner telling her employee what number to use for the bottom, middle, and top of my hair. She clearly said 30 bottom, mid 20 and top 5, and when the owner was still there, her employee forgot that she made a mixture and the other mixture was prepared by the owner, and she put 20 bottom, which was not the order the owner said. Since I noticed the mistake, I asked both if they were sure it was not going to mess up my hair and both of them said no. After that, the owner left and while my hair was wet, it seemed good and I thought it was going to be great. But no! the lady left a clear visible line on top and the color was definitely not what I showed them, and on top of that, the lady who did my hair had the audacity of telling me that I was angry since the beginning! unbelievable.... I was disappointed when she mixed up the colors and did not even remember what she put on my hair... and on top of that, she said "I have never had a client like her" and before that she said "we all make mistakes!" but not with someone's hair! specifically, when the person had to go her office looking all ridiculous because someone did not pay attention to what they were doing! my hair is extremely important for me and I'm extremely disappointed, they were nice enough to say we are only charging 175.00 half of the price!!!! really half! I did not know I had to pay! to get my hair damaged!!!! i should've left with out getting charged anything!!! for the awful work they did on my hair and. I'm extremely sad and extremely disappointed in this place. She tried to fix it but still was not what I wanted.
