Pathetic, lame treatment. I had the Kanebo Harmonizer and I never thought I'd describe a massage as…read more"boring" but it totally was. The treatment itself only lasted a brief time, the rest was spent with the aesthetician going back & forth to her counter, washing something, etc. At one point she even left the room for 20 minutes without any explanation... it felt like forever. I was about to put my clothes back on and leave when she finally came back. The treatment overall was awkward, incomplete, and half a$$. The "full body massage" as they call it did not include hands, feet, head, face, neck, shoulders or chest. Absolutely terrible & definite waste of time and 120€.
