He was very friendly and helpful when helping me decide between the BB and Keratin treatments, based on the outcome I was looking for. The whole process was so efficient, and he was able to get me in and out exactly at the time he estimated, about an hour. And he gave me a great haircut that finally evened out my ends and helped with making my hair look healthier.
