She was very kind and also talked me through the process. I had a bit of highlights added and the colorist was not as talkative but did a great job nonetheless. In the end I found my new style to be great and will be coming here again soon.

Unfortunately I had one of my worst salon experiences here. I wanted a simple blunt bob, made an…read moreappointment and had a positive booking experience. Sadly, once I came in for my appointment that's when the good customer service ended. It was a cold greeting (he literally said zero words to me) and I was taken 15 minutes late. After that it was a huge rush from beginning to end. My stylist was interrupted 5 or more times to tend to other matters, I was asked to walk to reception and pay for my haircut while my hair was still wet and only half cut. As I said, I asked for a blunt bob and asked for little or no layers. Once I left the salon I noticed I had MANY layers, mostly in the back. I only wish I had seen this before I left the salon, but again I was rushed out and can only assume the stylist felt this pressure as well. A week later I wrote to the salon team to complain about my experience and ask about what we could do to fix my now over layered hair and no one ever even bothered to respond. I took it into my own hands then to make an appointment online, they responded right away to this. When I followed up asking about my previous complaint email, still no response. Avoidance has worked in their favour as I now retire my communication attempts and can only hope another salon can fix my hair and provide me with a warm welcome not annoyance. I'm really disappointed and have received no apology or compensation. Nor do I expect it based on the service thus far.
