So then I contacted that stylist who's number I was given - I asked for Thursday but the stylist wasn't available so we agreed for Friday @ 830am since that is the only time I can go in before my event. She texts me today saying she couldn't do Friday now and needed to reschedule me or she can find a stylist who may be able to accommodate my time. I said sure just let me know. The evening comes and still no word back regarding a new stylist or appointment (which was suppose to be for tomorrow morning). I even sent a follow up text asking for an update. No reply. Even though we were technically a walk in the quality of the service did not diminish at all. Soben was patient and detailed. My son is in this phase where he wants his haircuts with scissors only and she did an amazing job his hair looks so good. The vibe of the salon was very calm we did go in the afternoon right before closing as this was the time that worked best for your schedule. My son felt welcomed and super comfortable he talked Soben's ear off lol but she was attentive which we appreciate as the talking probably did distract him from the haircut he's been so scared to get. My son who was scared to get a haircut can't wait to go back an update her on his friends.
