Short on sides I motioned as I did this. She says "oh! You wan hi n ti!" I said yes and nodded realizing the reason she couldn't understand is she did not speak much English. She was busy also training the young girl in the next chair how to cut a small girl's hair. I cringed watching her cut the girl's hair and cringed again when I looked at my grandson. It was high, but not tight. But it was nice. I do not like going into places where they speak no English. Kim near wolverton's is great but was backed up over an hour. I've heard of Ice Tee on fire, and he does drives for kids etc but they were backed up. We tried this. They did a decent job. Even had a place for kids to play. If it's s real soon mole cut I think they will be okay. The other when she was done came over and showed the boy how to yo-yo. So good for us.

Sarah is very pleasant very nice. One of the other beauticians recommended her as a color expert. I also sent photos of what my hair looked like now and what my goal is prior to my appointment the next day. I should have walked out, and listened to my Inter voice when I saw that she went to the other two hairdressers for opinions and help with Color. This was not a difficult color I came in as a blonde. I just wanted to touch up my roots and leave as a blonde with a few low light and a highlight , but left very dark hair with no highlights or blondes. I did not have time to come back since I do not live here. I am flying back this weekend. Unfortunately I have a ill mother and was quite frankly very worried about going back and allowing Sarah to try and fix the issue. I would not recommend no refund was issued . Very disappointed. Would not recommend this Salon.
