He really listened to the type of haircut I was looking for. He analyzed photos of what I liked and didn't like about my previous haircuts. He thoroughly explained in detail, the way he was going to cut my hair and the result I could expect. While he was doing my hair, I recognized the cutting methods that my former stylist in New York City used, to achieve similar results. I appreciate that Ryan suggested giving me a moisturizing treatment (due to bleaching damage from the past), as well as recommending products to use on my hair at home, in order to regain my hair health. I filled out their new client form on the website. Within a day, Viri texted me. She asked me what my hair goals were, and after some texting back n forth, we set up a consult. During the consult, Viri listened and understood my hair concerns. She gave solutions and recommended products. She was upfront about the price for everything. Which was great. I have been to many salons, and they do not tell you the price unless you ask. I have seen Viri twice since the consult, once for hair color & cut and once for blow dry & style. She did a great job both the times. She and Carolyn suggested some great products for my hair type and gave samples to try. It may seem that the prices are high, but any good private salon will have higher prices.
