    what the heck, Annie! :( I paid + $10 for shipping & handling, yet the bottle comes like this ?! There was a hand written note from Annie, and she thanked me for my purchase. The bottle was clearly broken before it was shipped. the travel could not have done this, considered how it was packed... I paid more than $50 in total for a bottle that arrived like this, and on top of that 1/4 empty?? so unprofessional, never shopping from here again. have to look for another seller that has Fanola No Yellow Shampoo.

    Disfigured chairs. right out of the box .They do not decompress.

    This group is the most deceitful and underhanded company I have ever dealt with in 35 years of business. The misrepresent products and alter notices on their website guidelines after you buy their junk. Their return policy sucks so if you have any doubt that you may be 100% happy with the trash you buy then beware. It will cost you more to ship their junk back then what you pay for it. They do not honor the exchange policy at all.Spend a little more with a better more reputable company and be happy. I made the mistake of dealing with them. Don't you.

    Here my$4k 3 week old pre fab cabinet that's falling apart. Bad product

    my experience with salon guys was off to a great start when I had made a large purchase from them when my salon did a remodal. A large east coast company had refurred me to them when calling in search for a pre fab color bar. Being I'm in California and there a California based company I thought it was a better fit. They buying and receiving of my murchandise was easy and simple. The product came in and was pretty much ready to go and use bring it was already built and simple and just had to mount the top cabinets to the steel brackets that attach to the bottom base cabinet. Well three weeks into having this $4,000. Pre fab cabinet in salon I started to notice the on one side the top cabinet that holds the boxes of hair color was bowing."meaning the bottom section of the cabinet was looking like a bridge" I reached out to them via phone and email. Also sent video and photos of the 3 moth old cabinet falling apart and they all responded back with email stating they would nothing they could do. Being a business owner my self I was very applied that a company would not stand behind there product after 3 weeks. It was very disappointing and be prepared they will make you jump through lopes to just have to express your situation. Not a pleasant experience and wouldn't recommend doing business with them. I would recommend making purchasing on insured card to make your covered because they do not stand behind there product.

    Damaged product

    BUYER BEWARE. I don't recommend buying from this company, they don't stand behind their products. I purchased a shampoo bowl less than a year ago, a small q tip jar fell inside the bowl and shattered half of it while the jar remained intact. After speaking with Annie she was rude, unhelpful, and told me that this was regular wear and tear for a bowl that was used for 6 months and 3 days a week. I've done hair for over 15 years and I've never had a bowl break. The only option she gave me was buying a new bowl for full price. She also wouldn't let me speak to another associate and said that she was in charge. I would rather buy an entire new shampoo unit than give this company any more of my money.

    My full order and a hand written letter! Came in 1 day!

However, this location in Rancho Cordova was a totally different experience! You'll find it at the back end of the food court inside the KP International Market. Lots of parking available but could get a bit crazy on holidays and weekends. As I was walking up to the entrance, I had high hopes that I would find the one product I'm running low on: an SPF sunstick. There's a little table to the right where you place your shopping bags (if you have any from the market or food court). They also have hand sanitizer for you to use before entry. I visited on 3.6.2022 around lunch time. There were 2 ladies at the counter, none of whom greeted me. As they talked, I walked around looking at products and they did not at any time come out from behind the counter to ask if I needed assistance. I was disappointed that they did not have much product in stock. I suppose the whole covid thing may have something to do with delayed shipments and whatnot, but it was sad to see some empty shelves. After looking over everything, I walked out buying 2 things. When I got up to pay, I asked one of the ladies if they had any products from their Snail line or the sunsticks. She replied, "We're all out of those." And with that I paid and left. She wasn't very friendly and made no attempt to check on when they would be getting them. She didn't try to offer similar products either. After leaving the store, I realized I didn't even check in on Yelp, but it's all good because it wasn't worth it. Shopping experience is a night and day difference compared to Irvine Spectrum! The ladies there are always so nice and helpful. Can't say the same for this location. Will I be back? Maybe. If I do, I'll update my review. Til then, I hope you can find your goodies elsewhere with better service!

Greeted by their sweet staff member, she recommended their Tea Tree Mask Sheets and the Bee Venom Cleansing Face Wash which is suitable for both acne and sensitive skin types. Since using the face wash I have seen some improvement and have been using a combination of the Bee Venom Emulsion Cream and Been Venom Toner samples she gave us as well. I was excited to try this product! Bee Venom surprisingly has a lot of natural health benefits, it helps gets rid of wrinkles and acne, firms up saggy skin and helps with inflammation and pain as well! Bee venom/bee sting therapy, has been around for decades, treating a variety diseases and medical issues. And this is why they're my favorite insect, don't get me started on all the health benefits of honey! I would recommend this location located inside of KP International Market and we'll be back to try more of their products. I've heard they have a nice lipstick line as well!

The issue is the staffing and overall customer experience. This was only my second visit. My first experience was great: friendly staff, easy shopping, no issues. However, my most recent visit was the complete opposite. I was shopping for face washes and skincare, and I stopped to look at a few new items from Origins, a brand I've used for years. One product in particular--the Apple Peel--didn't clearly describe what it was or how to use it. There were no samples available, and the packaging didn't indicate whether it was a mask, toner, scrub, or moisturizer. So I opened the box to check... and immediately the employee, who had been friendly at first, told me, "We don't allow customers to open boxes." That would've been fine if the product information had been clear or if samples were available or if the employee actually knew what the product was. I asked her what the item was supposed to be, and instead of answering, she told me she once bought their hand cream and "it smells amazing." I asked again if she knew whether it was a mask, toner, or something else, and she repeated that it "smells so good." This didn't help at all. She offered to look at it up for me but she did not , she was busy training/complaining to a new hire at the store . Since she wouldn't let me look inside and clearly knew nothing about the product, I purchased it anyway hoping it was a peel or exfoliant. Once I got home, I opened it--and it turned out to be just a toner. I definitely didn't need another toner, but at that point it was too late. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was how she hovered over me the entire time, constantly asking if I needed help. I understand offering assistance, but when a customer is clearly reading product labels, comparing items, and not asking for help, hovering feels intrusive. There was even a security guard right inside the front door, so the level of monitoring from the employee felt excessive. My bigger concern is that this store offers no samples for many of the products yet discourages customers from verifying what they're buying--or even checking to make sure items aren't damaged, leaking, or previously opened. That's a basic quality-control step, especially when buying gifts. Ultimately, my issue is not with the store itself but with the lack of staff training. Employees should know the products they're selling or at least make a genuine effort to look them up when asked. Customers shouldn't feel rushed, hovered over, or prevented from understanding what they're purchasing.

    It is a very rare thing for me to give out one star reviews. But alas, I have to say that this…read moreplace warrants it. Was just in here and the girl who worked there was acting like it was a privilege for me to be in the store. To top that off, hardly anything has prices on it, and you always have to ask what the price of some thing is. They don't have testers for everything and when I opened the lid to smell a product to see if I wanted to buy it (it was hair conditioner), She shouted at me me "you can't open that!". Wow. I've never, except maybe one other time in my life, have told someone that they had rude customer service, but I told this girl to her face and promptly left. Avoid!

My first impression of office was an older medical facility, not all the frills and not bougie like private "cosmetic surgeon" Which, was fine. First impression of Dr Zhang was skeptical because he's a younger Doctor. He's Very personable like talking to a friend. Had surgery, great experience. Like it was in hospital setting made me feel safer. My results are AMAZING !! Had implant removal and a lift. He did an exceptional job. I would have him do other surgeries in future if I opt for tummy tuck. Highly recommend. I give the office 2-3 stars. ONLY because you can't get ahold of anyone via telephone MOST of the time you call which is very frustrating. Supposedly they changed that. However, once you get through or someone gets back to you they're very capable, friendly, and handle your needs.

Really? What about the patient who is physically there waiting to be seen? So ridiculous. So unprofessional. Never saw Dr. Black. The staff there was underwhelming, unapologetic and clearly not fit to work in a medical office. I made them refund my consult fee. Would give zero stars if I could.
