I normally don't leave negative reviews, but people should know what to expect here. I joined this…read moretanning salon and honestly should have asked for my money back after my very first visit. Instead, I finished out my sessions and waited until my final visit to leave an honest review. The overall cleanliness and sanitation of this place is extremely concerning. The tanning rooms are very dark, which clearly helps hide how dirty everything actually is. The rooms and common areas are messy and unsanitary, and there is nowhere to place or hang personal belongings in the room. Beyond that, the atmosphere is very unprofessional. There are dogs inside the salon, a baby in the front area at times, and employees sitting barefoot with their feet up on the counter. The entire experience made me uncomfortable every single visit. The tanning bed I was repeatedly assigned to is poorly maintained and in need of service. It would noticeably burn my face while barely tanning the rest of my body, and the fan in the bed was broken as well, making the experience even more uncomfortable. A tanning salon should feel clean, sanitary, relaxing, and professionally maintained. Unfortunately, this place was the complete opposite. I would not return, and I personally cannot recommend it.

The spa is situated in the rooms of an old Victorian house and has a homey feel. Jen gave the best massage I've ever had, 5 stars! My esthetician failed to introduce herself and, while the service did good things for my skin, her clunky heeled shoes and rapid, noisy movements ruined my post-massage relaxation and made the service feel rushed. She also provided too-vigorous shoulder and foot massages which I had to ask her to stop. Overall this facial experience was 2 stars. Mani pedi was lovely and relaxing with Hilda, also a 5 star experience. There are no shower or locker room facilities, but I was given a robe and a tote for my stay. The facial and nail services also include hefty doses massage, so I'd ask the massage therapist to skip those areas and focus on shoulders or back instead to maximize your massage minutes! In spite of my lackluster facial experience, I would try this spa again with a different provider or just skip the facial.

When you first come in the waiting area has some water and snacks for you to enjoy while browsing a fairly extensive selection of gifts and products. My personal favorites are the custom made jewellery. I've had great pedicures and manicures here but I'm more of a regular for a good deep tissue massage. Vicki is phenomenal at working out all the pains from my overly-ambitious workouts. It's been a while since I've had a body scrub but these are a real treat, complete with some serious moisturizing. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and looking for a bit of pampering.

The services include massage, of course, but also assisted stretching, cupping, and spray tanning. I've tried booking the assisted stretching, but was unable to find a mutually convenient appointment. I did, however, succeed in booking a spray tan appointment for my nephew's wedding. It was only my second time getting a spray tan, and it was a great experience. Tania explained how I needed to prepare for it and was very patient in explaining everything I could expect during and for the after care. She was friendly too. I felt really comfortable. I then learned that she's the business owner. Very cool. I complained that I hadn't been successful in booking a stretch appt, and she advised me that I could always text the number and see if there's availability or get on the wait list. So happy that this little gem exists in Flemington

She is very knowledgeable and was very detailed throughout the entire spray tan, spraying me two-three times over, paying attention to all areas of my body. By far, the best application, solution and color I've ever received. There was no orange color or nasty smells with the solution. She even followed up to ensure that I was happy with the color. Overall an amazing experience and fantastic, natural tan.
