She was great, she knew how to work with curly hair and even how to style it (which I can't say is true for many other hair stylists). I came out really happy with how my hair felt and looked. Before she started she did offer to do a "special" haircut for me for curly hair which was double the price. I do appreciate that she warned me about the price but just wish there was more explanation of this special haircut. If I will spend double the price for something I would like to understand why. In any case, I really liked her so I may do it in the future but for this time I just stuck with the normal haircut. Will be coming back.

He gave me his opinion, but never pressured me to consider one over the other. After I came to a decision Ethan began to work his magic. I loved the result more and more as he continued to cut away at my hair. The end result was even better than I could have hoped for. Jessica accommodates my color requests as the seasons change, but she also recommends what she feels looks best for coloring my greys while maintaining an overall natural look with beautiful highlights. She cut my hair so short I am unable to put a flat iron or curling iron to the sides and the lower back of my head. I mentioned to her before she started cutting, not extremely short. Each side of my head was different. I hardly have any hair left on the sides of my head. The left side is worse. Thankfully, I am a former hairdresser and can maybe fix this to some degree. The shop never offered me the 20% discount they offered. I did not even think about that at the time of paying my bill because I was so upset that they do not even style the hair after they cut the person's hair. Just horrible! I guess if you're not accustomed to the normal procedures of what is common - place for going to a beauty shop for a haircut and blow dry then the hairdresser takes advantage and does less work for the same price? I would never recommend this place to have your hair done besides not having upscaled hairdressers with knowledge of good styling. I might add the parking is also horrendous as well. In fact it's rather dangerous walking on uneven pavements in that area.

Haley had her phone in her pocket which kept vibrating against the table and, while I did not look to be sure, it felt as though she kept checking it as one hand would come off my body during the massage. I've had enough massages to know when the therapist is distracted and this definitely was one of those times. It was unfortunate as I was really looking forward to relaxing. I would go back for the pedicure but not a massage with Haley. I did call and speak with management afterwards about my less than stellar massage service. They did credit me $20 and while I appreciate that, that does not even covered 20% of the service cost.

Definitely recommend Becki for a massage! They even provided me with a get ready space to change for the wedding. My only regret is that I live 3 hours away and can't come back more frequently.
