I'm glad that she fit me in for an 1.5 hour appointment, when right afterward Kerstin was doing makeup for the German Chancellor. The service is simply superb- Evelyn, the receptionist, is really attentive. She took my coat, brought me coffee, led me to the place by the big table. Note on the interior- this place is amazing. There's plenty of space, one big table without mirrors so you cannot see the stylist at work until the very end. I got my hair done by Patricia couple of times- I simply tell or show her the style I want and she modifies the hairstyle so it suits my face shape and skin tone. I trust her completely!
