The office treated three of us in one room and wrapped up the appointment in just 15 minutes. Despite this, we were charged both new office and regular office fees for each person, even though we were all seen together. When I called to discuss the billing, no one answered the first time. During my second call, I spoke with someone who said they would talk to their manager and get back to me--but I never heard back. It's frustrating when a medical business is unwilling to work with you on overcharging, and getting any resolution is impossible.
